Ozge was awesome for my mortgage refinance! Easy to deal with, responsive, prompt and forthcoming with all costs, she made the process easy and comfortable. Small details, but it's nice when your notary knows ahead what ID TD bank will want, and how long Vancity would hold a money transfer before release.

My wife and have two complaints.  One was the lack of care from the long delay in contacting us to sign the refinancing papers.  My bank had to follow up for us and noted that the email was read, but Zahra did not respond or action it.  My mortgage broker from my bank confirmed the email was received by Zahra.  It would have taken more than two months if my bank did not follow up again.  We were finally able to get an appointment but had to juggle my schedule.  It was definitely not a good experience.

Our second complaint was the fee quoted and amount withdrawn from our account.  We were quoted $500, but noticed out account was debited $1,600.62.  My wife confirmed the quoted amount was $500 and our mortgage broker confirmed that was an excessive amount to charge for a refinance.  It took less than 10 minutes to sign the papers and it was a straight forward process with no issues.  Always ask for a quote for the fee in writing. I emailed for a receipt twice and my mortgage broker also asked for one, but we are yet to receive a receipt from Zahra.  I also do not have any documents from Zahra.  Not sure if we get a copy.  If yes, we haven't heard anything back from her.  I definitely would not recommend using her to anyone.
